My little sister can't find out about it, or she will be unbearable until I have money for the Wii. Then it will belong to her. And it will break. And there goes all that money.

No, they can't be serious. Mine died after like a month! Erm, Heh :)

It's a cute little virtual pet game. The bitty peoples kinda evolve into bigger bitty peoples and play games. And in all the other ones you can hardly see what's happening because no one bothered to increase the pixel count.

I always made it die in its feces.

I made mine die so many times the device broke.

Could be the next Nintendogs. Well, might be. There's a slight chance. Ok, so no, but it'll be worth checking out at least ^^.

Mine died too. Oh well, in school they said it's a girl toy anyway, so I don't know. Maybe I might get this.

Dare I ask how this'll turn out? Didn't they make enough of the little portable things? And now they expect a game? It's like making a neopets virtual game for the xbox or something (thankfully, this isn't the case with what I have).

DarkVic said:

Oh god! A videogame based on those little bastards! Everytime I walk by a shelf of games and see this, I'll feel utter disappointment for Nintendo.

There is no way this could be good.

Theyre taking this too far, fist portables, an online game site, but now the wii? This might lose money.

Oh please, Viva Pinata on the Xbox 360 would beat it!

Isn't Tamagotchi from Japan?

Isn't everything from Japan?

Why would Nintendo waste valuable time and money on this? They could have made a game that people might actually want. Perhaps they think this is the next Pokemon.

OMG what is Nintendo doing.

Can't wait!

Ms.Nintendo said:

What the hell. Nintendo, WHY!? You could have made a Nintendogs for the Wii with that time and money! I hate those things with a passion. I used to own one (haven't we all?) and it died so many times I thought it was possessed by the devil.

My girlfriend will like this game. But I don't.

Captain Jamesman said:

Tamagotchi on Wii? Isn't that stretching it a little too much? And then it's going to appear in Mario Kart Arcade GP 2 in Japan. Still too much!

Ooooo Cute! I can't wait!

Typical, first they made digital pets, what next!

Avatar

ewii said:

I agree with you noe it, I mean who wants to spend $49 on a game that's about cuddly cartoon characters? We already have animal crossing for that!

Ian C. said:

I prefer nintendogs, the dogs are literally immortal. My tamagotchi died 13 times!

Avatar

chanus said:

They should make nintendogs for the Wii.

Hey said:

Nintendo doesn't make Tamagotchi, Gonzo. Namco Bandai does.

I always liked the way the characters were designed, and at least now they'll be more animated.

So you're like the Mayor Tamagotchi?

quartzlcc said:

Oh lord. These things. And Sonic Fan, despite you being a fellow Sonic fan, I must SAY, viva pinata (the game) owns faces off. One of the VERY VERY few good games on the X360 (I can tell you don't like chao eh). Anyway, this game will suck and it'll do badly.

[RS]Omega Red said:

Why is everyone blaming Nintendo? They didn't design the game or make it. Bandai did. Nintendo just alowed it on the Wii.

Wii master said:

Interesting.

Gonzo said:

I don't play tamogatchi. Like other people preferred, they should make a Nintendogs.

Oh my god! SHIELD YOUR EYES! That thing with the swirly glasses might try to hynotize you!

Captain Jamesman said:

I can think of a better lifestyle than the life of Tamagotchi. Like being the ogre from Momotaro. Except you were half human half ogre, you had all the village girls in your grasp, and best of all they'd actually appraise you and glomp all over you!^^ (also, the women would be cute 'n beautiful anime women! Heh heh. I think too much).

special kid said:

I hope you raise it and they change like the real ones that would be the best.

Captain Jamesman said:

I remember Dejiko from DiGi Charat dressed up as a Tamagotchi. Along with Usada (Rabi-en-Rose) as Mickey Mouse & Puchiko as a Pikachu.

Avatar

DarkVic said:

I'll only get this game for the enjoyment of killing the tamagotchi.

Evam3 said:

Awesome that's cool!

Quartzlcc said:

When I saw this game I yelled to everyone "lock your daughter in the closet!".

^-^ said:

What kind of game is this?! I mean, the portable key-chain game is sort of cool (in my opinion), but a game for the Wii? Like everyone else is saying, it's being stretching a lil' too much. What a waste of $40. They could just buy a regular Tamagotchi for $15.

This has to be a joke. Almost as funny as high school musical.

Very crappy copy of mario party games. If you notice in screenshot #6 (the last one) it shows a number of options like: ROLL THE DICE! Just like in mario party 8 which I have on the Wii and the point is to get across the game board collecting the most stars (usually). This one is the same, just tamagotchi things or whatever going around the gameboard collecting handshakes and popularity with the occasional minigames (also included in marioparty 8). So in conclusion just go for the Mario party 8.
