Capcom teasing E3 game

Through their Twitter page, publishers Capcom have been teasing about a secret game to be revealed at the E3 Expo. So far, these are the tidbits of info they've let slip:

  1. It isn't Devil May Cry 5.
  2. It's in the "action" genre.
  3. It comes from an established Capcom franchise.
  4. It isn't a remake.
  5. Capcom Japan are developing it.

Hmm if it was megaman 10 I think they'd have referred to it as an action-platform. Although I'd kill for a megaman 10 I'm guessing a Resident Evil game (which is another good franchise).

I'm going to assume it might be Mega Man X9.

Mega man all the way! It's one of the only games I've been longing to see on Wii. Along with another Zelda.

Monkeylemur: They've already announced an ace attorney game that is apparently about Miles Edgeworth (the prosecutor). I don't think they'll announce another AA game. I'd like a Ghosts n' goblins, Viewtiful Joe, or Okami game though.

I'm thinking Mega Man or RE.

It's probably Viewtiful Joe.

Hoping for re6, but re5 just came out. It would be kind of annoying if it was re6 because then it's in the *action genre* and not survival horror like the greatest re4.

It may be Resident Evil but I'm sure it might be for some other platform other than the Wii, at least Tatsunoko vs Capcom is exclusive for Wii now.

Okami or Viewtiful Joe. That would be epic.
