Hulu Plus now live on Wii U

The full blown TVii app might not be with us yet, but if you're a Hulu Plus subscriber then you may be pleased to know that particular service is now up and running on the Wii U.

Wii U's GamePad can be used to show extra information about the show you're viewing, and queue up further shows for watching later. You can operate the entire thing on the GamePad if you want to, leaving the TV free for other purposes.

Hulu are currently offering Wii U users a 1 week free trial if you're interested in giving it a go, the price after that is $7.99 per month.
