When Capcom releases Phoenix Wright Trilogy HD on the 3DS this upcoming winter, updated graphics won't be the only changes fans will notice.

Capcom localization director Janet Hsu has reveled in a blog post that that game's translation will see a vast improvement over the original. Here's what she had to say on the subject:

All joking aside, the translation has received a much needed touch-up job, including some re-translations that I hope will help the dialogue flow more naturally, and tweaks that should make some of the more difficult cross-examinations easier to solve using, dare I say... LOGIC *gasp!*

In addition to the updates on the translation, the remake will include full Japanese text for all three games!

The music and sound effects are also going to see improvements. All aspects of the audio have been made louder and clearer. The music is uncompressed so players can listen to it as it was meant to be heard.

With all these improvements, it seems it will be a worthwhile experience for fans of the series.
