Wii's World is not officially affiliated with Nintendo! (but they wish we were).

Cool tennis sounds fun.
BrothaZ said:
Awesome. Hell yah.
Darunia106 said:
This really won't sell well seeing as a tennis game will come with the system.

Anyone who wants to take full advantage of the motion sensors is a friend of mine.
got milk 101 said:
That sounds sweet but I never liked tennis but I might give it a try.
Epsilon said:
Er. Well new franchises have to be given a chance. Not really fair to criticise it yet. (Despite the fact that I have NO idea whatsover who Rafa Nadal is).
Wii-Worshiper said:
Well won't that be the same as Wii sport tennis. What can they improve. Won't it be a rip-off?
Alex2310 said:
Nadal? Please! Ever hear of the world's best tennis player? Roger Federer!
BWill said:
Maybe they tried to get Federer. You can't deny that Nadal's a talented guy though. I'm always a little skeptical about games that are specifically endorsed by a player instead of an organization, but this might turn out pretty well.
Splintercell4ever said:
Why don't they get someone like Marty Fish? One of the lesser known players.
Milkman844 said:
It will be way different from Wii Sports tennis. First there will graphical differences, probably more playable characters and courts, the controls would be way better. In Wii Sports you can't even move your player, you just swing the racket.
Elementrat said:
A tennis game on Wii is perfect but I'm guessing this won't be the only tennis title announced for Wii and I for one am passing on this one. I really want a tennis game but I can wait for a good one.
wiiman2 said:
Cool. I've always liked tennis.

I hope it's high quality and maybe I'll be able to beat the pros. I already compete at a national level.
Johnny said:
It's Mardy Fish, not Marty. This game looks interesting, but like Wii tennis is (as reviewed), it most likely won't be high quality. Oh to play tennis competitively.
Splintercell4ever said:
Oh sorry Johnny, I don't follow tennis that much.

Wii Tennis is just a taster. Can't wait for a proper tennis game.
sam said:
Will I be able to play it online?
SSB4LIFE said:
For those who are wondering, Nadal (I think) is the number 2 ranked tennis player in the world and he's better on clay courts. Just for those who wanted to know.
Alex said:
A proper tennis game for the Wii would be great. Wii tennis is fun but I think it is just paving the way for more advanced tennis games with better graphics and controls, it should be good.
brian2411 said:
Wii needs a good tennis game, can't wait for a proper tennis game to be released.
gain201 said:
If Wii had good tennis games it would be ten times better.
ryan413 said:
What do you mean it's not going to sell? Wii sports is good but it's not accurate and you can't even move your guy.
samsonite said:
When is this new game coming out! Wii tennis is so boring now, I need a new game.
tennis the menace said:
If you don't know Nadal you can't be into tennis.
t3nNis said:
When is this game coming out? I'm so excited about this, Nadal is my favorite tennis player in men.
tennis rox said:
A tennis game for Wii will be hella good. Nadal rocks on clay courts.
scarletleafs said:
The tennis in Wii sports is fun, but the Wii could use a tennis game that's a lot more challenging. I'm looking forward to a decent tennis game.
Michelle said:
Anyone know when it's likely to come out?
jojoelpsycho said:
Tennis in Wii sports is good. I've been looking on the internet for any tennis game on Wii and I can't find anything, if this one was with one player in each side and realistic graphics it would be perfect.
Todd said:
Finally! They have had a Tiger Woods golf game for a while now. It's about time that a new tennis game emerged. I love the Wii sports tennis version but I'm ready for a newer more challenging version. Although I would not have chosen nadal as the licensee. He's a great player, but has absolutely no personality. Would be better with Djokovic, Blake, Roddick, they would all be better than nadal.
TENNIS said:
I have this game on the ds and it's good. Rafa Nadal is a legend player, what are you lot on about? I heard top spin 3 is coming on Wii though? Don't know which one will be better.
Matty said:
For the guy who said the tennis won't sell well because of the game that comes with the sport package, you obviously haven't played it yet. If this tennis game comprises of more games, or sets and better graphics, then it will sell. And SELL WELL. The tennis at the moment is fun, but too short and not in depth enough. Bring on more tennis.
Peruh said:
That'll be great stuff.
Mike said:
Or it could be that, as it's a Spanish company, it preferred the best Spanish player in the world to Roger Federer. I just hope it caters for us left-handers, unlike Sega Superstars Tennis.
wii master said:
Rafael Nadal is number 1, he kicked Federer's ass on the Roland Garros and Wimbledon.
Federer Fan said:
Yeah right! Roger Federer just won the Wimbledon 2009 finals and has beaten Pete Sampras' record of 14 grand slams. He has also regained the world number one title. Anyway the game is great.
Hood said:
I'm looking for a good tennis game for my Wii, I have Wii Sports but I want something better, but I'm not sure this is the one for me. I mean sure Nadal's good, but if it was Andy Murray it would sell more over here. I know it being made by a Spanish company that wouldn't work, but why don't England make their own version with Murray, now that I would buy.
elena said:
I really want a new Wii game too because I hate the one on Wii sports.
