Looks like an extremely interesting game, there's supposed to be a new character, he looks pretty cool. I'm totally getting this. I noticed they have FP, did they get that from the mario rpg's? Oh and for those who don't like Big, Nintendo Power specifically said they would give a few extra IQ points. Not that I hate him.

Wii Rox & Super Star Kirby are right, I looked through the internet and found out it is "Fatigue Points". You use these "Fatigue Points" by "rhythmically tapping and dragging on indicated locations on the touch screen" during battles in order to perform special attacks. Rings are going to be used as currency (now who didn't see that coming?), you can use team attacks, you use the stylus to move like in Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass, and the world is split into two acts: "standard" Sonic area and a "Darker world". The plot seems simple, Sonic is on vacation when Tails call him and tells him Knuckles were kidnapped by a group called "the Marauders", and the Chaos Emeralds are missing (AGAIN!). Eggman won't be the main villain, but he will still be a bad guy. Also there is a female character called Shade who's role is unknown at this point. Sounds like a typical Sonic game to me, nonetheless still interesting.

Rpg battles are too time consuming. The last thing you want in your life is to go up and touch an enemy. Then you start building a stage and start filling it with an audience and you start taking turns punching each other until someone falls down. Then you hop off the stage and go touch another enemy and spend 3 hours taking turns beating each other up when you can just boot them out of the way.
