Another poker title is eking a slimy trail onto the Wii. It's called World Championship Poker: All in and features poker hero Howard Lederererer. The game will use some nice touches, like gesturing up and down with the Wiimote to indicate you want to fold, but an online mode will be sorely missed.
Perhaps one to look out for if you're a poker fan, however versions on other consoles have not been rated very well. Then again, neither has the Wii's other poker offering World Series of Poker.

Pertaining to the online mode. I am hoping that the software manufacturers have "online" mode already coded on their games, and we are just waiting for Nintendo to hammer out all the details for "Online" play before they offer a patch to activate it. I can't imagine it would be too hard to use Wiiconnect24 to download a small patch for a game.
