Time passes, the pages turn... and a new chapter unfolds in an unfamiliar land!
Get ready for a two-dimensional role-playing adventure for the ages, as Mario returns to paper form in pursuit of a threat unlike any he's ever faced.
Peach is enjoying a vacation with her loyal servant, Toadsworth, when a mysterious creature captures her. The one clue is a treasure map she had sent to Mario earlier. When our hero hears news of her capture, he follows the map's clues to the Star Crystals, strange artifacts of unknown power. Complicating the matter are three veiled figures plotting the return of the great shadow witch, an army of strange new enemies and one angry Bowser, who embarks on an adventure of his own to find out who's cutting into his villain business.

YEAH! This game is really fun! If you liked Paper Mario 64 you'll love this one too. Luigi is pointless again LOL. A lot of the parts are really funny, the 2D 3D effects are fun to look at. MAMA MIA!
Toad!!! said:
The best ever.
Toad!!! said:
My favorite chapters were 3 and 6.
Wii Freak said:
Did anyone know you can have Ms Mouze, the badge thief as a partner for Mario?
Toad said:
Yah I know! She's a good character too.
Captain Jamesman said:
I really like Bowser's sub-chapters.
Wii Freak said:
At the end of the game, if you go to the town where you went by train the boo who was your partner in the last paper Mario is there! Also The butler.
Toad said:
Really?! I can't beat showdow queen and then again, I got mad and sofa got hurt.
Wii Freak said:
If you get the Wario Emblem and the Luigi Emblem and put it on at the same time, you get the Waluigi Emblem.
Koopa said:
It would have been better if Bowser was a party member!
Wii Freak said:
I heard there's a badge in the palace of shadow that lets you turn into anyone you stand next to. Sort of like Doopliss powers. I have no idea where it is though.
Captain Jamesman said:
Well, it'll be a good thing Bowser will be fully playable in the 3rd Paper Mario!
Koopa said:
Ya true, in the 3rd smash bros Bowser jr is playable! Sweet.
Toad said:
I like playing "bowsers adventure" the one where he goes to patelburg. When he gets there, he thinks the poster in the window is princess peach!
Wii Freak said:
I'm getting super paper mario since I preordered it.
Operative Snake said:
This was my second favorite GCN game. My favorite Mario character of all time was in this, his name is Doopliss.
Captain Jamesman said:
Seriously Snake? He wasn't THAT cool. But he was pretty good to be a villain character. What I didn't like about him was that he took Mario's freaking identity.
Wii Freak said:
But that's why we like him Jamesman.
Captain Jamesman said:
True Wii Freak, he was a good adversary. I mean, would Bowser think of something like taking Mario's identity?
Wii Freak said:
They should make a game of that. Well technically they already did, super mario sunshine.

This game is sweet. I beat the shadow queen after 6 tries and I like the punk yoshi! Sweet how he calls rawk hawk a walking chicken mcnugget. Oh wait that was bowser.

Try turning into a nes character in the x-naut fortress. Go into a room with a squeaking hanging air vent and do a super jump into it. Then go right and fall down into the far right vent. Open the curtain to be a nes character.

I love this game. It's so funny. It has great gameplay. I love the trouble center, the Glitz Pit, and the train and Poshley Heights.
Gigabite said:
Wii Freak, there is no badge that lets you turn into someone else other than the L and W emblems. To get Ms Mouze as a partner do the ? Request at the trouble center and you will get her and the badge.

Man is this game cool. I haven't finished it yet but it's so awesome.

This game is awesome. I already beat it but I'm planning to reset my file so I can do it all over again.
papermariolikerguy said:
I'm seriously stuck at the shadow queen. I've been stuck for days. Will someone give me the way because apparently you've all beaten it.
short stuff said:
I know how you feel. I'm still on the moon. I got killed when I was almost out of the moon.
Wii Freak said:
Papermarioliker, you have to have at least five life shrooms with you.
Smash Champion said:
I did it with no life shrooms, a few ultra shrooms, and a LOT of training. Plus about 9 or 10 power smash and power jump badges.
Wii Freak said:
Does anyone notice that the plot of super paper mario has a darker theme than most mario games?
Paper Link said:
Ya it's probably the best paper mario, no, the best Mario storyline to date. If you don't believe me name one Mario game with a better storyline.

The Shadow queen was freaking hard, even harder than Bonetail on the 100th floor of the pit of a hundred trials that had 50 more hp than her.
