Pokemon gets in the Halloween spirit with Pumpkaboo

A Super Spooky Wi-Fi event

Nintendo began distribution of its latest Wi-Fi event Pokemon yesterday, with the release of a Super Size Pumpkaboo.

Released to promote the Trick-or-Treat Friendly, a ghost-type battle competition, Pumpkaboo is level 50 and comes in a Cherish Ball. It has the moves Trick-or-Treat, a move exclusive to this event, Scary Face, Astonish, and Shadow Sneak. The Pokemon will have a random ability, nature, and gender and comes holding a Rocky Helmet.

For those unfamiliar with Pumpkaboo, it is a Pokemon that comes in four different sizes. Each size has slightly different stats. This gives trainers the option to choose between a faster or bulkier Pumpkaboo. Super Size Pumpkaboo is available to all owners of Pokemon X or Y in the NTSC or PAL regions. This event will be available until October 31st 2014, so be sure to grab yours today.
