I honestly don't see why she can't make it in. I mean, the Twilight Princess graphics for Link and Zelda are somewhat "new to the scene" and it's not like it would take a lot of effort. So it wouldn't make any sense why Sakurai would not include her just because she was announced 4 1/2 months before Brawl's release. Also, he knows I'll get mad (grr) if she's not included.
