I hope not. I really want to see how Luigi is controlled. Because in “Super Mario All Stars+ Super Mario World”, he was taller, and slimmer. He didn't look like Mario anymore. He has the same abilities as Mario, but he does 'em in a different way.

I thought I would never say this, but mario and luigi are nitwits in this game. If peach was held in chocolate island, right next to Yoshi's island, why couldn't they just fly across the water there? They didn't have to run all the way.

The Yoshis are so colorfully creative and original in this game. The blue one can fly, the yellow can tremor, the red can unleash fireballs like Bowser in Super Mario Bros. 3, and the green can do any of the above if he swallow different color koopas and/or unleash them.
