Wii's World is not officially affiliated with Nintendo! (but they wish we were).

Got to get my mom to play :D

I don't know, maybe if we're lucky it may come as a bonus disc within the box! Unlike Donkey Konga, I don't see this particular thing as having much playability (further than being like one of those little mini-micro-games found in WarioWare Touched). Unless there's special input as well as waving your arms around. Please don't get me wrong on this, I am going to love the Wii when it comes out. I just don't see many people forking out for this particular game.
sonic lover said:
hmm can u play your on songs or preselected
Link said:
Does this also come with Wii Drums? Either way I agree with Jez the Pie, this should come with the Wii, along with "Wii Sports".
Johnny said:
Hm... interesting! As a composer, I must wonder, can you play works that you've written, or upload those of the masters? (midi maybe?).
Wii'R'Us said:
This is going to be on my list for Wii games.
DEMON5007 said:
This is an interesting example of the Wii's playability. I want to conduct One Winged Angel!
Noah of Nintendo Bunker said:
This is about as fun as watching paint dry.
Someone cooler than you said:
Seriously Noah, do you have to be negative about every single game? Maybe you can make music to listen to while playing other Wii games!
Noah of Nintendo Bunker said:
I'm sorry. I'm sure If I play these games I would love them. But they all sound so stupid.
DEMON5007 said:
Noah, you're entitled to your opinion but if it is only going to be negative, then why are you on a website for Wii news if you hate all of the games for it?
Ling Ling said:
My grandfather just retired from conducting. Maybe with this I could get him to enjoy retirement with what he loves.
krnxboi012 said:
What demon said, this would be a good way to keep my mother or father occupied.

I hope you get to do the Star Wars theme.
Zigg said:
Ooh, Imperial March!
random hero said:
It would be awesome if you could download songs off connect24 onto your Wii to compose - the game wouldn't ever get old then. Also, I would be fit.
Lord Xenu said:
I hope they teach you how to really conduct. Not just like a back and forth kinda thing, but actually teach you the different techniques, that'd be pretty sweet and I would have to consider getting it.
Hey said:
I want to play Wind Waker songs on this.
Dalek said:
All Earth media is human propaganda. The works of Shakespear were written by a Dalek. All of Beethoven's symphonies were written by a Dalek. We did not however, write Barry Manilow's Mandy.
tabsina said:
Lord Xenu that would be a great idea for Nintendo to implement. I know I would be much more eager to get it if it had a feature like that.
Hey said:
I'm going to play the Ballad of Gales to warp to Nintendo Head-Quarters.
Lord Random said:
I think if you wave the Wiimote at different speeds, the tune that's playing at the time will speed up or slow down.
ganondorfrules said:
I love music and all but this game, I don't see much out of it. By the look of it, it looks more a parenting game. Besides if I wanted music I'd just go to my computer and listen or go play my guitar. But Noah doesn't hate all the games, he thought SSBB was worth it and I think I've read in other games that he agreed to. Just maybe he prefers different genres than we do.
Hey said:
I saw Miyamoto conducting the Zelda theme on it, and there were several missed beats and incorrectly held notes. The game looks somewhat repetetive and kind of boring. I would probably like it if it resembled real conducting a little more.
WiiFan15 said:
I would try it if it had some nintendo classics on it, but I would definitely not buy it. Hopefully it comes in a package.
myspacebarisbroken said:
Okay, so it is basically about you shaking the wiimote to make music? That sounds not very entertaining.
DarkVic said:
It's a good idea, dull but still good.
Captain Jamesman said:
A strange way to perform an orchestra. But I think I'll get it.
The Man Upstairs said:
As a student in composition and conducting, this just sounds way too freaking sweet. If orchestral music isn't your thing, then you may be bored, or just hate it in general. But, I ask that you give it a chance. And, to 'Hey,' I have to mention that if you look at Miyamoto's conducting, his patterns were pretty uneven, and his tempo was sometimes disjunct- I think that's probably why it sounded odd. I must admit, there are many other features they could have added to make conducting realistic, but I'm just ecstatic due to the fact that they're actually doing this. It's going to be sweet.
Scooby!_Jew said:
That'd be cool if you could conduct death metal, but that's extremely doubtful if not impossible. If this game includes the drums, I'm so getting it (I'm a drummer).
The Man Upstairs said:
Yeah, I tried to conduct an Apocalyptica song once. I kind of threw out my arm.
Tony said:
I've heard that you can download this game on WiiConnect24 for free. I found it on some wii website.
BrothaZ said:
Hope there's every type of music.
stinky12694 said:
This looks ok, not great but ok.
Unknown said:
I heard this game will be on a disc called Wii Music, along with Wii Drums.
wiifan said:
This game is just as bad as the radio I got from a garage sale. The only difference is that this game has pictures and some hand movements.
Ekaj185 said:
Looks OK, but it might be hard. I want to do the drum thing. I'm a drummer.
mieie said:
I hope we can play our own mp3s from the usb flash memory.
Gamer_guru said:
If I get this (or rent it), I'll play the theme from "Carmen" and then Beethoven's 9th!
BrothaZ said:
I'll play all the best LOTR music if I can!
Tom said:
This game looks quite poo but maybe the oldies will enjoy it. I will probably get it if it goes really cheap, which it probably will in the future.
i went wii said:
Seems like fun to me. I don't direct music but it would still be fun to rent.
Chris said:
I am trying to get as many Wii games as possible and this one looks really cool. And by the way I am a band geek.
Omarok said:
If this is accurate conducting, I would buy it. Real music + wii = w00t!
Wii Freak said:
Do they have any drum solos?
Ekaj185 said:
Scooby, you're a drummer? Me too!
Crimson Hawk said:
Hey I'm a drummer too! I can't wait to get the drums for the Wii, even though it can't replace REAL drums. Anyway I will give it a definite thumbs up!
Crimson Hawk said:
Thumbs up. Drumming is awesome, I'm a drummer too. Ekaj185 and scooby are you guys in a band?
Scooby!_Jew said:
Everybody's a drummer, 'tis a wonderful life. Here's the thing, though: You have to be good at drumming for it to be a wonderful life, so that leaves out about 90% of the current drummers.
